The Terrain

Our centuries old olive trees grow on terraces hewn from the dramatic mountains of Sierra de Las Nieves with sweeping views of the coast of Marbella to the Strait of Gibraltar. Our olive grove is managed with traditional non-irrigation methods and strict organic guidelines, which reaffirms the respect to the environment.

The olive oil they produce is truly unique to the southern part of Andalucía since it includes wild strains of olive, the Acebuchina which blends beautifully with a surprising diversity of varieties that were cultivated in these hills centuries ago in Moorish times and which are unknown beyond the region.
